1. Booking & Reservations

All reservations are subject to availability. Guests must provide accurate information during the booking process. Al Deafah International reserves the right to cancel any booking if incorrect or fraudulent details are provided.

2. Payment Terms

Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the offer or rate selected. We accept major credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways. Any additional charges incurred during your stay must be settled before check-out.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

After Booking & Before Visa Appointment (Administrative Charges) :: Rs. 10,000/-
After Visa Approval - 25000/-
Less than 60 days of tour departure - 50%
Less than 45 days of tour departure - 75%
Less than 30 days of tour departure - 100%
Flight & Visa Cost is 100% Non Refundable once Booked.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect other guests, staff, and property. Any misconduct or violation of hotel rules may result in termination of stay without refund.

6. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to compromise its security. All content, logos, and materials on our website are the property of Al Deafah International and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure accurate information, Al Deafah International does not guarantee the completeness or reliability of content on the site. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from use of our website or services.
